Terms of service

Last updated 10 September 2026. These terms cover your use of queryclimb.com, the early access list, and the QueryClimb application at app.queryclimb.com.

The website

Content on this site, including guides, comparisons and the case study, is provided for general information. We check prices and facts about other products against their own published pages on the dates stated, but those products change; their own sites are the authority. Nothing here is professional SEO, legal or financial advice, and results described in the case study are one store's experience, not a promise of yours.

Early access and the founding offer

  • Joining the early access list creates no obligation to buy, and no obligation on us to provide access by any date.
  • The founding offer (Growth at $49 a month) is available for a limited period that we may end at any time without notice for new sign-ups. Once you are on a founding subscription, the price is held for as long as that subscription stays continuously active. If it lapses, the current list price applies.
  • Launch pricing, plan contents and article allowances are subject to change before launch. The plan you subscribe to at launch is the one that applies.
  • Article allowances are per calendar month and do not roll over.

The application

  • Your account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces, or use the AI features to generate unlawful or deceptive content.
  • Your content stays yours. Your store's content belongs to you, and so does every article, link and product description QueryClimb generates for you. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish it: it is a draft, and facts, claims and compliance with the rules that apply to your products are yours to check.
  • Connected services. Connecting Google Search Console or Shopify is subject to those services' own terms. We act on your store only through the access you grant and only when you accept a suggestion or publish.
  • The free plan includes two published articles a month, each carrying a small "Published with QueryClimb" link. Paid plans remove it.
  • Subscriptions. Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled. Cancelling takes two clicks in Settings, stops future renewals, and your account drops to the free plan at the end of the paid period. Everything you published stays in your store.
  • Availability. The application is provided as is, without a guaranteed service level while it is in early access. We work to keep it available and to keep your data safe, and we take backups, but you should not treat QueryClimb as the only copy of anything.

Intellectual property

The QueryClimb name, mark and site content belong to us. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. The brands named in comparisons belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on its content or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
