Website and early access terms

Last updated 22 August 2026. These terms cover your use of queryclimb.com and the early access list. They do not cover the QueryClimb application, which will have its own terms when it launches.

The website

Content on this site, including guides, comparisons and the case study, is provided for general information. We check prices and facts about other products against their own published pages on the dates stated, but those products change; their own sites are the authority. Nothing here is professional SEO, legal or financial advice, and results described in the case study are one store's experience, not a promise of yours.

Early access and the founding offer

  • Joining the early access list creates no obligation to buy, and no obligation on us to provide access by any date.
  • The founding offer (Growth at $49 a month) is available for a limited period that we may end at any time without notice for new sign-ups. Once you are on a founding subscription, the price is held for as long as that subscription stays continuously active. If it lapses, the current list price applies.
  • Launch pricing, plan contents and article allowances are subject to change before launch. The plan you subscribe to at launch is the one that applies.
  • Article allowances are per calendar month and do not roll over.

Intellectual property

The QueryClimb name, mark and site content belong to us. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. The brands named in comparisons belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on its content or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

Governing law
